### sec.558 Obligation to survey if Minister requires The Minister may, by notice to the holder of a petroleum authority, require the holder to survey or resurvey the area of the authority within a stated reasonable period. The holder must cause the survey or resurvey to be carried out by a person registered as a cadastral surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003 . The holder must pay any costs incurred in complying with the notice.
