### sec.479 Conditions for renewal application for other types of licence The holder of a licence, other than a survey licence, may apply to renew the licence only if none of the following is outstanding— an annual licence fee for the licence; a civil penalty under section 424 or 455 for nonpayment of an annual licence fee; interest payable under section 588 on the annual licence fee or civil penalty; security for the licence, as required under section 488 .
