### sec.464 Requirements for making application An application for a part 5 permission must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation; and state the steps the applicant has taken to— become the owner of the land; or be granted an appropriate easement to construct or operate the pipeline or petroleum facility; or obtain the permission of the owner of the land to enter the land to construct or operate the pipeline or petroleum facility.
