### sec.463 Applying for permission
A person who holds, or who has applied for, a pipeline licence may apply for permission (a part 5 permission ) to enter the area, or proposed area, of the licence to construct or operate a pipeline the subject of the licence or proposed licence.
A person who holds, or who has applied for, a petroleum facility licence may apply for permission (also a part 5 permission ) to enter the area, or proposed area, of the licence to construct or operate the petroleum facility the subject of the licence or proposed licence.
(sec.463-ssec.1) A person who holds, or who has applied for, a pipeline licence may apply for permission (a part 5 permission ) to enter the area, or proposed area, of the licence to construct or operate a pipeline the subject of the licence or proposed licence.
