### sec.445B Rejection of application if applicant disqualified The Minister must reject an application for a petroleum facility licence if the Minister decides the applicant is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the petroleum facility licence. On rejection of the application, the Minister must give the applicant a notice about the decision. s 445B ins 2020 No. 14 s 196 (sec.445B-ssec.1) The Minister must reject an application for a petroleum facility licence if the Minister decides the applicant is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the petroleum facility licence. (sec.445B-ssec.2) On rejection of the application, the Minister must give the applicant a notice about the decision.
