### sec.445A Notice of application to relevant local government The applicant must, within 10 business days after making the application, give each relevant local government a notice stating the application details under section 445 (b) for the proposed application. If subsection (1) is not complied with, the application lapses. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the lapsing of the application under subsection (2) does not of itself prevent the former applicant making another petroleum facility licence application.
