### sec.435 Notice of proposed amendment
The Minister must give the pipeline licence holder a notice stating each of the following—
the proposed amendment;
the conditions of the licence that the Minister considers are no longer appropriate or the matter about which the conditions do not make provision, or sufficient provision;
reasons why the Minister considers the amendment to be necessary or desirable;
that the holder may, within a stated reasonable period, lodge submissions about the proposed amendment.
The stated period must not end before 20 business days after the notice is given.
