### sec.434 Power to review licence
The Minister may, by complying with sections 435 and 436 , amend the pipeline licence if satisfied—
the conditions of the licence—
are no longer appropriate; or
do not make provision, or sufficient provision, about a matter; and
the amendment is necessary or desirable.
However, the licence can not be amended in a way that is inconsistent with the mandatory conditions for pipeline licences.
This section does not limit the power to amend the licence under another provision of this Act.

(sec.434-ssec.1) The Minister may, by complying with sections 435 and 436 , amend the pipeline licence if satisfied— the conditions of the licence— are no longer appropriate; or do not make provision, or sufficient provision, about a matter; and the amendment is necessary or desirable.
