### sec.430 Consequence of not giving information If a public road authority does not comply with a request under section 429 about a public road, the pipeline licence holder that made the request may decide a reasonable permanent level and alignment for the road, based on— information available to the holder; and any standards prescribed under section 557 (1) (b) for constructing pipelines on roads. - (a) information available to the holder; and - (b) any standards prescribed under section 557 (1) (b) for constructing pipelines on roads.
