### sec.429 Public road authority’s obligation to give holder information This section applies if a pipeline licence holder asks a public road authority for a public road in the area of the licence for information about— the permanent level of the road; or the alignment allocated by the authority for a pipeline the subject of the licence. The authority must comply with the request within 20 business days after it is made. The information given must be accurate and as complete as possible.
