### sec.241 Amendment or cancellation by parties to arrangement
A coordination arrangement may be amended or cancelled by the parties to the arrangement only with the Minister’s approval.
A purported amendment or cancellation of a coordination arrangement by the parties to it has no effect unless it complies with subsection (1) .
(sec.241-ssec.1) A coordination arrangement may be amended or cancelled by the parties to the arrangement only with the Minister’s approval.
