### sec.240 Grant of pipeline licence This section applies if a coordination arrangement provides for a party to the arrangement to be granted a pipeline licence to transport petroleum or a prescribed storage gas on land subject to the arrangement. The Minister may, if the party applies under chapter 4 , part 2 , grant the pipeline licence. Section 412 applies as if the application were a pipeline licence application. However, the provisions of the licence must be consistent with the arrangement. s 240 amd 2004 No. 26 s 118 (sec.240-ssec.1) This section applies if a coordination arrangement provides for a party to the arrangement to be granted a pipeline licence to transport petroleum or a prescribed storage gas on land subject to the arrangement.
