### sec.181 Additional condition of relevant petroleum tenure If a condition is imposed on a data acquisition authority (the authority condition ), it is a condition of the petroleum tenure to which the authority relates that the tenure holder must comply with the authority condition. Chapter 5 also imposes mandatory conditions on data acquisition authorities.
