### sec.140 Storage
If natural underground reservoir storage is proposed, the proposed plan must include the following—
a program for evaluating, developing and using the reservoir;
a verifiable estimate of its storage capacity;
the standards and procedures used to make the estimate;
a schedule for the storage injection and withdrawal;
another matter prescribed under a regulation.
