### sec.139 Plan period
The proposed plan must state its period.
If the proposed plan relates to a tender, the period must be the same as the required period under the relevant call for tenders.
If the proposed plan relates to an ATP-related application, the period must not be longer than—
if the term sought for the lease is less than 5 years from the granting of the lease—the term of the lease; or
if the term sought for the lease is 5 years or more from the start of the term—5 years from the start of the term.

(sec.139-ssec.3) If the proposed plan relates to an ATP-related application, the period must not be longer than— if the term sought for the lease is less than 5 years from the granting of the lease—the term of the lease; or if the term sought for the lease is 5 years or more from the start of the term—5 years from the start of the term.
- (a) if the term sought for the lease is less than 5 years from the granting of the lease—the term of the lease; or
- (b) if the term sought for the lease is 5 years or more from the start of the term—5 years from the start of the term.
