### sec.77P Cessation of relinquishment condition for area not overlapping with coal or oil shale exploration tenement If— a lease contains a relinquishment condition; and all or part of the area of the lease ceases to be in the area of a coal or oil shale exploration tenement (the relevant land ); the condition ceases to apply for the relevant land. s 77P ins 2004 No. 26 s 46 - (a) a lease contains a relinquishment condition; and - (b) all or part of the area of the lease ceases to be in the area of a coal or oil shale exploration tenement (the relevant land );
