### sec.77O Requirement for giving of copy of relinquishment report
This section applies if—
a lessee has, under section 75Z , given a report about a relinquishment of part of the area of the lease; and
immediately before the relinquishment, the part included land in the area of a coal or oil shale exploration tenement.
The lessee must give a copy of the report to—
the coal or oil shale exploration tenement holder; and
anyone else who has applied for a mining lease for the part.
Maximum penalty—150 penalty units.

(sec.77O-ssec.2) The lessee must give a copy of the report to— the coal or oil shale exploration tenement holder; and anyone else who has applied for a mining lease for the part. Maximum penalty—150 penalty units.
