### sec.147 Penalties
Any person guilty of an offence against this Act shall, if no specific penalty is provided for that offence, be liable to a penalty not exceeding 200 penalty units and, if the offence is a continuing one, a further penalty not exceeding 40 penalty units per day for each and every day during which the offence continues.
All offences against this Act may be prosecuted in a summary way under the Justices Act 1886 , upon the complaint of any person thereunto authorised in writing by the Minister.
