### sec.133 Protection from liability for particular persons A person as follows (a designated person ) does not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act— the Minister; the chief executive; a public service officer or employee; a contractor carrying out activities, relating to the administration of this Act, for the department; a person who is required to comply with a direction or requirement given under this Act and who is complying with the direction or requirement. If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a designated person, the liability attaches instead to the State.
