### sec.8E False or misleading law practice certificate
A supervising principal of a law practice must not sign or give to a claimant, potential claimant, respondent or respondent’s insurer, a law practice certificate or copy of a law practice certificate the principal knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
