### sec.77B Costs and outlays incurred before 18 June 2002 This section applies in relation to a personal injury arising out of an incident happening before 18 June 2002. An amount paid or payable for disbursements incurred before 1 July 2002 in relation to a claim is recoverable as if this Act had not been enacted. To remove any doubt, it is declared that— the award or payment of costs, other than an amount mentioned in subsection (2), is subject to this Act; and an amount mentioned in subsection (2) is to be disregarded for sections 40 and 56. s 77B ins 2002 No. 38 s 12 (sec.77B-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a personal injury arising out of an incident happening before 18 June 2002.
