### sec.71D Additional consequences for law practice
This section applies if an associate of a law practice is convicted of an offence against section 61 , 71 (1) or (2) or 71B in relation to a claim or potential claim.
The law practice is not entitled to recover any fees or costs, including disbursements, that relate to the provision of services for the claim and must repay any amount received relating to the services to the person from whom it was received.
