### sec.29 Duty of contributor to give documents to respondent
A contributor must give the respondent who added the contributor as a contributor copies of reports and other documentary material about the incident alleged to have given rise to the personal injury to which the claim relates that are in the contributor’s possession.
The contributor must provide the copies—
within the period prescribed under a regulation or, if no period is prescribed, within 1 month after being added as a contributor; and
to the extent any report or documentary material comes into the contributor’s possession more than 1 month after being added as a contributor, within 7 days after it comes into the respondent’s possession.
(sec.29-ssec.1) A contributor must give the respondent who added the contributor as a contributor copies of reports and other documentary material about the incident alleged to have given rise to the personal injury to which the claim relates that are in the contributor’s possession.
(sec.29-ssec.2) The contributor must provide the copies— within the period prescribed under a regulation or, if no period is prescribed, within 1 month after being added as a contributor; and to the extent any report or documentary material comes into the contributor’s possession more than 1 month after being added as a contributor, within 7 days after it comes into the respondent’s possession.
