### sec.20F Court may order that certain costs not be recovered
This section applies if an application under section 20D is dismissed.
The claimant is not entitled to recover any of the following amounts in relation to any period before the giving of part 1 of the notice, unless the court orders otherwise—
an amount for costs incurred by the claimant’s parent or legal guardian for medical or other expenses, or legal costs paid or incurred;
an amount for gratuitous services provided by the parent or legal guardian.

(sec.20F-ssec.1) This section applies if an application under section 20D is dismissed.
(sec.20F-ssec.2) The claimant is not entitled to recover any of the following amounts in relation to any period before the giving of part 1 of the notice, unless the court orders otherwise— an amount for costs incurred by the claimant’s parent or legal guardian for medical or other expenses, or legal costs paid or incurred; an amount for gratuitous services provided by the parent or legal guardian.
