### sec.14 Claimant may add other respondents A claimant may, within the time prescribed under a regulation, add someone else as a respondent by giving the person— part 1 of a notice of a claim mentioned in section 9 ; and copies of other documents given to or received from any other respondent under this Act. If the time prescribed under subsection (1) for adding a respondent has ended, the claimant may add someone else as a respondent only with the person’s agreement and the agreement of the parties or with the court’s leave.
