### sec.196 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may prescribe matters relating to the recording of convictions for domestic violence offences, or the making of entries in criminal histories about domestic violence offences, including, for example, the way in which, and time within which, the records or entries are to be made.
