### sec.195E Court may require copies of report to be given to corrective services department
A court that sentences an offender for an offence may order that a copy of a medical or other report tendered during the sentencing proceeding must be given to the corrective services department.
Information contained in the report may be confidential information under the Corrective Services Act 2006 , section 341 that must not be disclosed other than under that section.
The order may include—
the time within which the copy must be given to the corrective services department; and
any other requirement to facilitate the giving of the copy to the corrective services department.
In this section—
corrective services department means the department in which the Corrective Services Act 2006 is administered.

(sec.195E-ssec.1) A court that sentences an offender for an offence may order that a copy of a medical or other report tendered during the sentencing proceeding must be given to the corrective services department. (sec.195E-ssec.2) The order may include— the time within which the copy must be given to the corrective services department; and any other requirement to facilitate the giving of the copy to the corrective services department.
(sec.195E-ssec.3) In this section— corrective services department means the department in which the Corrective Services Act 2006 is administered.
- (a) the time within which the copy must be given to the corrective services department; and
- (b) any other requirement to facilitate the giving of the copy to the corrective services department.
