### sec.191 Effect of order under s 190
If an offender mentioned in section 190 (1) pays the amount ordered by the court, the person aggrieved can not take civil proceedings against the offender for damages arising out of a cause of action that gave rise to the damages mentioned in section 190 (2) (a) .
The order made is taken to be a sentence for the purposes of—
section 7 or 179C ; and
an Act that gives a right of appeal from an order made by a Magistrates Court.

(sec.191-ssec.1) If an offender mentioned in section 190 (1) pays the amount ordered by the court, the person aggrieved can not take civil proceedings against the offender for damages arising out of a cause of action that gave rise to the damages mentioned in section 190 (2) (a) .
(sec.191-ssec.2) The order made is taken to be a sentence for the purposes of— section 7 or 179C ; and an Act that gives a right of appeal from an order made by a Magistrates Court.
