### sec.190 Magistrates Court may release offender
If a Magistrates Court convicts an offender of an offence relating to property, it may release the offender without imposing any sentence if the offender pays to the person entitled to the property the amount that the court orders.
The amount mentioned in subsection (1) —
is to be for damages assessed by the court; and
may include costs.
