### sec.166B Distribution of reports
On receipt of a report under section 166A the court must give a copy to—
the prosecution; and
the offender’s lawyers.
The court must ensure the prosecution and the offender’s lawyers have sufficient time before the sentencing to consider and respond to the report.
The court may order the report, or part of the report, not be shown to the offender.
