### sec.35 Assembly to have regard to particular things when considering objection
In deciding whether to make an order under section 32 (5) or 33 (6) the Assembly must have regard to—
the public interest in having the questions answered before the Assembly or authorised committee or the documents or other things produced to the Assembly or authorised committee; and
the public interest in providing appropriate protection to individuals against invasions of privacy or against self-incrimination.
