### sec.26 Summons to non-member to attend or produce document or other thing
Subject to section 28 , a person who is ordered to attend must be given a summons issued by—
if ordered to attend by the Assembly—the Speaker; or
if ordered to attend by an authorised committee—the Clerk on notification by the committee’s chairperson.
The summons must state—
a reasonable time and place for the attendance; and
if a document or other thing is ordered to be produced—reasonable particulars of the document or other thing.
