### sec.25 Power to order attendance or production of document or other thing
The Assembly may order a person to attend before the Assembly or an authorised committee and also to produce to the Assembly or an authorised committee any document or other thing in the person’s possession.
An authorised committee may order a person, other than a member, to attend before the committee and also to produce to the committee any document or other thing in the person’s possession.
Any committee of the Assembly may receive testimonial, documentary and other evidence voluntarily given.
(sec.25-ssec.1) The Assembly may order a person to attend before the Assembly or an authorised committee and also to produce to the Assembly or an authorised committee any document or other thing in the person’s possession.
(sec.25-ssec.2) An authorised committee may order a person, other than a member, to attend before the committee and also to produce to the committee any document or other thing in the person’s possession.
