### sec.170 Initial membership of Ethics Committee This section applies to each person who, immediately before the commencement, was a member of the Integrity, Ethics and Parliamentary Privileges Committee established under repealed section 80. The person continues as a member of the Ethics Committee established under section 102 until the appointment of members of the committee who have been nominated under section 103. s 170 ins 2011 No. 15 s 44 (sec.170-ssec.1) This section applies to each person who, immediately before the commencement, was a member of the Integrity, Ethics and Parliamentary Privileges Committee established under repealed section 80.
