### sec.169 Committee of the Legislative Assembly
The CLA is a committee to which section 112 applies.
A reference in section 112(1)(a) to a member of a committee includes a member of the Assembly who is, as a nominee, performing the role of a member of the CLA.
On the commencement of this subsection, the CLA continues as the committee established under section 79A.
In this section—
CLA means the committee appointed by a resolution of the Assembly on 10 March 2011 to be known as the Committee of the Legislative Assembly.
