### sec.91 Prohibiting publication of information
The ombudsman may, if the ombudsman considers it appropriate in a particular case, order that the following must not be published—
information given to the ombudsman, or the contents of a document produced to the ombudsman, in performing a function under this Act;
information, or the contents of a document, given to an agency or a person by the ombudsman in performing a function under this Act.
