### sec.85F Confidential information not required to be given Nothing in this division requires the ombudsman to include in a funding proposal, or the ombudsman or any other person to give the parliamentary committee, any details that would, if given— prejudice a current investigation by the ombudsman; or disclose information that is privileged or subject to a duty to maintain confidentiality under an Act or other law. s 85F ins 2024 No. 3 s 54 - (a) prejudice a current investigation by the ombudsman; or - (b) disclose information that is privileged or subject to a duty to maintain confidentiality under an Act or other law.
