### sec.85D Tabling requirement The Minister must table the following documents in the Assembly for each proposal approved, or taken to be approved, by the parliamentary committee under this division— the committee’s report about the proposal under section 85C (2) , if any; a report setting out the Minister’s response to the proposal. The documents must not be tabled in the Assembly before the Minister’s response to the proposal has been implemented. The parliamentary committee’s report about the proposal under section 85C (2) must not be tabled in the Assembly other than as provided under subsections (1) and (2) .
