### sec.73 Office of the Ombudsman An office called the Office of the Ombudsman is established. The ombudsman office consists of the ombudsman, the inspector of detention services and the officers of the ombudsman. The functions of the ombudsman office are— to help the ombudsman perform the ombudsman’s functions under this Act; and to help the inspector of detention services perform the inspector’s functions under the Inspector of Detention Services Act 2022 . s 73 amd 2022 No. 18 s 84 (sec.73-ssec.1) An office called the Office of the Ombudsman is established. (sec.73-ssec.2) The ombudsman office consists of the ombudsman, the inspector of detention services and the officers of the ombudsman. (sec.73-ssec.3) The functions of the ombudsman office are— to help the ombudsman perform the ombudsman’s functions under this Act; and to help the inspector of detention services perform the inspector’s functions under the Inspector of Detention Services Act 2022 . - (a) to help the ombudsman perform the ombudsman’s functions under this Act; and - (b) to help the inspector of detention services perform the inspector’s functions under the Inspector of Detention Services Act 2022 .
