### sec.66 Grounds for removal or suspension from office as the ombudsman and inspector of detention services
The following are grounds for removal or suspension of the ombudsman from office as the ombudsman and inspector of detention services—
proved incapacity, incompetence or misconduct;
conviction of an indictable offence.
