### sec.64 Restriction on outside employment
The ombudsman must not, without the Minister’s prior approval in each particular case—
hold any offices of profit other than those of the ombudsman and the inspector of detention services; or
engage in any remunerative employment or undertaking outside the duties of each office.
Contravention of subsection (1) is misconduct under division 2 .
