### sec.57B Particular reports may be given to chief executive (child safety)
If a report prepared by the ombudsman under this part relates to the death or serious physical injury of a child, the ombudsman may give a copy of the report to the chief executive (child safety).
Subsection (1) applies despite any other provision of this Act.
In this section—
chief executive (child safety) means the chief executive of the department in which the Child Protection Act 1999 is administered.

(sec.57B-ssec.1) If a report prepared by the ombudsman under this part relates to the death or serious physical injury of a child, the ombudsman may give a copy of the report to the chief executive (child safety).
