### sec.54 Other reports on authority of speaker The Speaker may, at the ombudsman’s written request, authorise the ombudsman to publish, in the public interest or in the interests of any agency, organisation or person— a report relating generally to the performance of the ombudsman’s functions; or a report relating to any particular case investigated by the ombudsman; whether or not the matters to be dealt with in the report have been the subject of a report tabled in the Assembly under this Act. - (a) a report relating generally to the performance of the ombudsman’s functions; or - (b) a report relating to any particular case investigated by the ombudsman;
