### sec.35 Expenses
The ombudsman may pay the reasonable expenses incurred by a person in complying with a requirement of the ombudsman under this division or in otherwise helping the ombudsman in an investigation.
In subsection (1) —
person does not include any of the following—
an agency;
an officer of an agency carrying out the officer’s duties with the agency;
if the investigation arose from a complaint—the complainant.
(sec.35-ssec.1) The ombudsman may pay the reasonable expenses incurred by a person in complying with a requirement of the ombudsman under this division or in otherwise helping the ombudsman in an investigation.
(sec.35-ssec.2) In subsection (1) — person does not include any of the following— an agency; an officer of an agency carrying out the officer’s duties with the agency; if the investigation arose from a complaint—the complainant.
- (a) an agency;
- (b) an officer of an agency carrying out the officer’s duties with the agency;
- (c) if the investigation arose from a complaint—the complainant.
