### sec.13 Ombudsman not subject to direction Subject to any other Act or law, the ombudsman is not subject to direction by any person about— the way the ombudsman performs the ombudsman’s functions under this Act; or the priority given to investigations. - (a) the way the ombudsman performs the ombudsman’s functions under this Act; or - (b) the priority given to investigations.
