### sec.119 Annual report for current financial year
New section 87(2) does not apply in relation to the annual report for the ombudsman office for the financial year in which this section commences.
Former section 87(2) continues to apply in relation to the annual report for the ombudsman office for the financial year as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
