### sec.106 Complaints made to former commissioner This section applies in relation to a complaint made to the former commissioner under the CCYPCG Act that, immediately before the commencement, had not been finally dealt with under that Act. The ombudsman must deal with the complaint as if it had been made to the ombudsman under this Act. Subsection (2) does not limit the way the ombudsman may deal with the complaint under section 23. s 106 ins 2014 No. 28 s 98 (sec.106-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a complaint made to the former commissioner under the CCYPCG Act that, immediately before the commencement, had not been finally dealt with under that Act.
