### sec.44 Regulation-making power The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may be made about the making, signing and witnessing of affidavits and declarations. s 44 ins 2021 No. 23 s 42 (sec.44-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
