### sec.31F Affidavit may be in form of electronic document and electronically signed
An affidavit may be in the form of an electronic document, and may be electronically signed, if—
the witness, signatory, substitute signatory or another person in relation to the making, signing or witnessing of the affidavit is present by audio visual link; and
the affidavit is made, signed and witnessed in accordance with division 5 .
