### sec.31 Oath of bailiff in charge of jury Bailiffs may be sworn to take charge of juries in the following form or in a form to the same effect— ‘You swear that you will not communicate with the jury nor allow anyone else to communicate with the jury unless the communication is authorised by the court, or is otherwise authorised by law.
